Robert L. Crow, 56, former Anchorage public works director and Planning and Zoning Commission chairman, died December 23 at his home in Anchorage. He came to Alaska in 1950 as city engineer for Juneau and was public works director in Fairbanks before moving to Anchorage in 1965. He opened the Consolidated Pacific office in Anchorage in 1970.� [May1981]
