Raymond James "Hud" Huddleston, 72, who moved to Valdez In 1929 and worked for the Alaska Road Commission, died December 1 at his home In Meridian, Idaho. When he retired in 1971, he was the district superintendent of maintenance for the Valdez district of the Alaska Department of Highways. A daughter, Alice Rae Bergdoll lives In Juneau. [Mar1981]
