Paul Tatkotak, 89, � a lifetime Alaskan, a painter, and a carver, died November 25 at Nakoyia Extended Care facility in Anchorage. � He was born in Wainwright and worked m the Barrow area for many years. � It is said he once traded 19 white fox pelts to gain passage to Seattle to further his high school education.
