Irma Alderton, 70, died while visiting relatives in Omaha, Nebraska, November 21. She came to Alaska and settled in Tok about 1947 with her first husband, Lee Evans. They had a lodge in the Road Commission-camp and later they built Tok Lodge. She left the state after her husband was killed and returned to Tok later as Mrs. Ray Alderton. The Aldertons retired to Missouri a few years ago.� � [Apr1981]
