Frank L. Young, 65, a lifelong Fairbanksan, died there September 18. He had worked as a civil service employee at Ladd Field, and during World War 11 he served in the U.S. Army in the Aleutians. Survivors include his mother, Martha Cass, and his father, Frank Young. Sr.. both of Fairbanks. [Feb1981]
