Mrs. Eva S. Willard, 74, of Klukwan, died January 22 at Mount Edgecumbe. Born at Carcross, Yukon, she moved to Sitka with her family while still an infant, Mrs. Willard lived in Excursion Inlet and Hoonah for many years before moving to Klukwan in 1958. Survivors include her widower, Fritz, Klukwan; and a daughter, Mrs.  Esther Usry, Ohio.
