Edward Kamuela Mattson, 92, a former Alaska fisherman who homesteaded on Threernile Creek near Anchorage back in the 1920s, died December 12 in Seattle. He was active in the fisherman's union and worked for Emard Packing Company over the years. He retired and moved to Bellingham. Washington, in 1955.� [May1981]
