Carl R. Berlin, 76, who lived In the village of Indian on the Seward Highway south of Anchorage for 33 years, died October 3 In Anchorage. He had worked as a civilian employee at Elmendorf Air Force Base and at Kennedy Hardware in Anchorage. [Feb1981]
