Adah Bell, 59, a lifetime resident of the Copper Basin, died December 10 in Glennallen. He was bora at Chitina and had worked for the'Alaska Road Commission, the Alaska Railroad, the Bureau of Public Roads, and the State of Alaska Highway Department He was a founder and past president of Ahtna Tanah Nlnah, the Copper River Native Association. His wife, Emma, survives. [May1981]
